This list is not complete: neither of my great-great-great-great grandfathers, Noah Talmadge of Ogdensburg, or John Stiff, of Hope, who were Revolutionary War veterans (as per their pension applications), are listed.

I can add another MIA to the list: Daniel Vansciver (Vansciven, etc.), who served in the Bergen Militia for part of each year from 1776 through 1782, and who is buried at the Saucher Taves Begraven Ground in Demarest.

There are eight Rev War vets buried in the Auryansen grave yard in Closter.
