Harry Herring? Any info?

Anyone know about a man named Harry Herring.  Saw the name on a photo in the above auction.  Thought it might be of some interest.  Photo is taken by J.A. Williams., Hackensack

The name "Herring" appears a few times in these boards if you use the search feature above.  Both "Herring" and "Van Wagner" are mentioned in this post:

I noticed the house in the ebay link looks similar to the Terhune House that was located on Hackensack Avenue: http://www.hackensacknow.org/images/terhunebig.jpg

But as the seller points out, the design was common.
