Ridgewood Public Library announces a new index for the NJ State Censuses, years 1885, 1895, 1905, and 1915, for Ridgewood and nearby towns (Midland Park Borough, Glen Rock Borough, Ho-Ho-Kus Borough, Orvil Township (later became Waldwick), Allendale Borough, Saddle River Borough) and their predecessor entities. It is a head-of-household index and includes differing surnames in the household as well. The complete census can be viewed on microfilm.
